Food and Beverage Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a habitual smile
  • Prepare food items for guest
  • Make sure kitchen and stock rooms are clean and well-equipped with all needed essentials
  • Maintain a safe environment for guest
  • Set-up and serve food and beverage items
  • Greet guest with a smile. Walk them through the food ordering or pick up process

Position Qualifications

  • Enthusiastic, energetic and motivated
  • Ability to listen and connect with our guest
  • Ability to think through problems and stressful situations
  • Capability to stand for a prolonged period on a nonstationary work area
  • Able to walk considerable distance on uneven surfaces, bend and or twist at odd angles and lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs. during a shift
  • Retain information quickly
  • Understand computers and related technologies
  • Ability to follow recipe directions

Position Requirements

  • Be 17 years of age or older
  • Able to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Able to work early and late hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Have transportation to and from work
  • Commit to promoting a safe working environment
  • Work in outdoor elements such as heat, rain, snow, wind and dust
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Have a professional appearance as dictated by a Company dress code
  • Wear a mandatory provided uniform
  • Must obtain a T.A.B.C and Food Handler Certificate within 30 days of hire.
